Career Development Packages
The main packages I offer are summarised below - all of packages can be delivered via zoom, or face to face if you are local to SW London / Surrey. I offer sessions within standard working hours, although I am able to offer evening or weekend sessions with prior agreement.
As a coach I am bound by the ICF Code of Ethics, and as such all sessions with me are strictly confidential.
What's included:
4 x 1hr sessions, over a 2 month period, either by Zoom or Face to Face
Unlimited support between sessions via email or WhatsApp
Career questionnaire before we start to focus our programme
Recommended resources list for further support
DiSC personality profile and analysis to explore the how and where you do your best work..
Action plan provided after each session to keep you on track
Tools and exercises between sessions to enhance our discussions
Free 1 hour follow up session 1 month after completing our sessions.

Alternatively, if you don't feel like you need a whole package, I also offer a Career Power Hour which can be booked as and when required for £100 each.

1 hour of focused coaching around the issue you've identified
Action plan emailed to you after the session
